Quick 10 Minute Breakfast




Pushed for time in the mornings? Need a quick, high protein breakfast?
Scrambled eggs with a protein and oat shake is all you need!




For easy, I prep my eggs at night and leave in the fridge.

Ingredients:

6 egg whites
Salsa
Skimmed milk
Whey Protein powder
Half a cup of oats.

Step One
Add your Egg Whites to a microwavable dish - whisk lightly and add a splash of milk. Place in your microwave for 3 minutes.

Step Two
In the mean time, add 200mls of Skimmed Milk to a blender

Step Three
Add one scoop of protein powder to the Milk

Step Four
Add the half a cup of Oats to the Milk and protein powder. Blend until smooth. (I like to add a little Cinnamon to add flavour)

Step Five
Once the Eggs are cooked, add to a plate and top with Salsa.

Step Six
Enjoy your Eggs and protein shake.
