USN's Muscle fuel Anabolic was one of my first protein shakes I used be I got in to the gym. And I have to say, still my favourite. If you’re looking to add muscle mass, look no further. 

One of the key benefits which draw me to this product, was the all the added vitamins! Increase recovery times, added size and doubled my bench press!!

Muscle fuel Anabolic – Mix ability  

Adding skimmed milk to your shaker first, followed by 2 scoops of Muscle fuel Anabolic and shake. (No need to take the 3 as directed) I preferred adding an extra 50mls of milk as the shake was still very think. Blends easily with milk or water – I didn’t even have the shaker ball in! If you add ice to the shake, seems to taste nicer and goes done easier.

Muscle fuel Anabolic – Taste

I personal have a little sweet tooth and loved this shake. Chocolate, banana and strawberry (chocolate being my fav). Having these shakes also then got rid of my sweet cravings for the rest of the day.

Muscle fuel Anabolic – Effectiveness

Definitely works! Increased my strength, my size and recovery rate. Great product. However due to the calorie with in the shake, I would advise to only take on work out days. Supplement with a Whey protein on non-workout days. Best taken after a gym sesh, as the high carbs will be required for your refuel your muscles.

My thoughts?

Great for bulking. I was very happy with the product, however would prefer if the carbohydrate content was lower. This would enable the shake to be used all year round. Would I buy again…YES. I love USN’s products. Great tasting and easy to digest.
