I am always looking for a quick high protein snack that I
can have between meals or on the go! Something thats sweet and filling but not
full of crap! If you’re the same, try these high protein, easy to make flap
jacks.
Made in approx 45 minutes, tastes great and has approx 45g
of protein!
Ingredients:
125g Oats
60g Whey protein – any flavour
100g Peanut Buter (Cruchey)
100g Peanut Buter (Cruchey)
15g Honey
130g Semi skimmed Milk
30g Raisins
Step One.
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until
blended.
Step Two.
Spoon onto baking tin lined with grease proof paper and refrigerate
of 30 minutes.
Step Three.
Place in the oven on 180 degrees for 12- 15 minutes
(until golden brown)
Step Four.
Remove from oven, turn out the flap jack onto a wire tray
and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step Five.
Cut into rectangles and enjoy!
