Quick and easy protein porridge.
Mornings are always rushed, but grab something filling
with the decent carb, fats and protein base!
Protein porridge only takes 5 minutes to prep – so no
excuses to miss breakfast!
Ingredients :
Oats – 27g
Almond Milk – 200ml
Whey protein powered – 50g
Peanut better – 15ml
Place all ingredients into a bowl, stir and microwave for
1 minute 20 (900w)
