Really quick workout tonight. Still lacking strength and struggled to
complete some of the sets within the time.

me with a diet and training plan, which will aid me to reach my goal. (Keep my

As with my previous workouts, I have opted to use the Myprotein Building

bundle contains a whey protein, which is ideal for cutting as well a number of
vitamins.

I was slightly disappointed with the amount of weight I was able to lift tonight! I believe this is down to three weeks out of the gym, or could be the result of a low creatine supply in my body.

My body had become use to the same workout routine, so the above
training feels really challenging especially now I’m doing 12 reps and not drop
sets. I am trying to keep to a strict timing! With 60 seconds rest between sets
– try it!
Today’s Back & Bicepts workout achieved 487 calories burnt and took
1hr 6mins.
As a post workout supplement, I have taking MyProtein’s Hurricane XS.
Great shake which hits your required carbs and protein, as well as creatine and
HMB.
