10 Minute Toning Home Workout


Get toned for Summer with a 10 minute home workout. All you need is your body weight!




This workout can be done any where, but be advised, you will be jumping so make sure you have plenty of head room. Do each set three times and increase the reps by 5 on each set.

Jumping Jacks x 15, 20, 25


Squats x 15, 20, 25


Lunges x 15, 20, 25


Plank x 15, 20, 25 seconds


Push ups x 15, 20, 25



Sit ups x 15, 20, 25
Continue to do the this toning workout daily. Every workout increase your reps by 5.
E.G. 15,20,25 so you next workout will be 30,35,40
