Firstly, many thanks for taking the time to read my blog. If your reading this, we share a common interest in fitness and gym going.
As for many men these days, we are all on a quest to lose body fat and look like a model. The media plays a vital part in the perception of society, and I myself have fallen. Every channel, every magazine, every poster is of fit, slim and toned bodies making the average Joe, extremely jealous.
So, I am on a quest... To get ripped, or die trying.
At present I am a 30 year old man, who is getting married next year. I'm sure most of you would like to be slimmer for your photos and I'm no exception!
I have been "gyming" for a number of years and have put on Body 'mass' BUT it's now time to decrease my fat leaves and increase my muscle definition.
I currently weight 189 lbs with 25 percent body fat. My aim is to keep the weight, but drop the body fat percentage. Aiming for approximately 12 percent.
Within my blog, I will be talking about my food intake, my weight and cardiovascular training as well as supplements I'm using.
As with some of you, I find it hard to gym due to my working day. I'm up and out of the house by 7:45 with an hour and a half drive to work. Spending the majority of the day behind my desk, followed by a long drive home, leaving little time for family and social aspects.
However, I will be following a number of workout plans, diets and supplements along my journey.
