Day 5 ~ Legs and Abs




Great Leg work out today!! Really pushed harder than last week and achieved a new personal best in my squat! A lot of you professionals will frown, but I achieved 90kg :)

About me..

Firstly,  many thanks for taking the time to read my blog. If your reading this, we share a common interest in fitness and gym going.

As for many men these days, we are all on a quest to lose body fat and look like a model. The media plays a vital part in the perception of society, and I myself have fallen.  Every channel, every magazine, every poster is of fit, slim and toned bodies making the average Joe, extremely jealous. 

So, I am on a quest... To get ripped, or die trying.
